Return & Refund Policy

At Aarya Creations, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

⚠️ No returns will be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or color preference, unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Products purchased during sale / discount offers

• Perfumes, body sprays, and deodorants (for hygiene reasons)

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

1. Email us at aaryacreationsatara@gmail.com

2. Share your Order ID, reason for return, and clear images/video of the product

3. Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 working days

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Pickup & Shipping

• If the return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you for self-shipping (as applicable)

• In case of incorrect or damaged items, return shipping charges will be borne by Aarya Creations

• For other approved cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer

5. Refund Policy

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products

• Exchange is subject to product availability

• If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days
